Everything. - Installing works flawlessly (just as in Windows you need to install Java and Apple Bonjour first). - If you have subtitles present, they are correctly used - live and queued conversion both work - service autodiscovery works when bonjour is installed - remote connections using the "Server PIN" works
What does not
What was not tested
Tested everything I could find.
Install HOWTO: Download the Java Offline-Installer from and run the .exe If you want auto-service-discovery also download Apple Bonjour for Windows from and install it. At last, download the current beta of airvideo server and install it. Everything should work out of the box. Using Ubuntu you might have the problem that Java now defaults to the Windows version of Java you just installed. Just remove the corresponding wine-extension* file from $USER/.local/share/applications to take care of that. http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp?locale=en http://support.apple.com/kb/dl999 http://www.inmethod.com/forum/posts/list/3594.page
