** Please note, this testing is in relation to the Kingsoft Office Writer 2012 only ** - installation - On program launch - option to choose selected encoding method. - Load into the main screen. Once I have selected the encoding method, the program proceeds to load. The menu bars are visible and I am able to try loading a document file, though when I select a document to load, there is no document window that appears on the screen with the selected document.
What does not
- When choosing an encoding method, no matter what option is selected, there is no text within the preview section of the window that displays readable text. - Program Launches, though unable to display the part of the program where a user is actually supposed to write text ie, the actual word processor component of the application. - When pressing open file - and having selected a document, the document does not load.
What was not tested
There was nothing else that I could test.
