Installation seems to work if installing straight from hard drive (all necessary set-up files downloaded). It was a rather quick process.
What does not
After installation, tried to run the program itself. The AOL Connectivity Service 'turned on', but program hangs when 'completing installation' by searching for the best way to connect.
What was not tested
Anything beyond installation and first-time run.
Distribution is CentOS 6 Final i686 Other Thoughts: If someone can figure out how to get the aol connectivity service to work properly (it runs and shows under the process list, but doesn't communicate with the program properly or at all I think), I believe that AOL 8.x, 9.x and "AOL Desktop" could run. There's no way I can predict any sort of further issues/bugs with the program if someone gets past it, though.
