Used a fresh 32 bit prefix, installed Steam, installed Dungeon Defenders . It's not necessary to fiddle around with dlls or winetricks. Unfortunately the Steam Linux version of Dungeon Defenders isn't updated anymore (https://www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/comments/4kg1x4/dungeon_defenders_for_linux_has_been_behind_on/d3lxcl0/) You can install dotnet35sp1 through winetricks (as it is necessary for the Humble 7.84b version), this helps to get rid of a flickering in the settings menu when saving, but in the latest steam version (8.2.1) is not necessary. The game runs perfectly when not started in fullscreen mode. I get a black screen when I try to and the game doesn't start. But you can start it when not set to fullscreen and set it to fullscreen ingame then. Or you use a fullscreen virtual desktop, then it works ootb.
