In third person view, mouse gets stuck at edge of the screen like in
other Unreal engine games (bug 6971). Turning on mouse capture causes two mouse pointers to appear (bug 27779)

Requires .NET 3.5, will try to reinstall even if already installed, regression past 1.3.26 (bug 28401) Had to remove the msvcrt overrides that are installed with winetricks (bug 19332) Configurator works, but renders very slowly
