Pretty much everything - installation, local gameplay, online coop, sound, speech and so on.
What does not
Changing the config in any way makes the game run in 640x480 window, while acting like the window is much bigger. This means, it's impossible to do anything about it. An easy fix is removing the config file and never touching any settings again.
A second problem is starting the game. It hangs on the first screen (usually, sometimes it works fine), until the user clicks around or presses escape. Afterwards it's all fine without much trouble.
What was not tested
I've installed dotnet35 with winetricks. I also installed dinput and dinput8, however these two may not be needed (I am not certain, since sometimes the keyboard worked and sometimes it didn't before this).
