The "Battlefield 3: Special Edition".
- Installing Origin (EA's Platform for distributing games) from the internet
What does not
- Downloading the game (Fix: Create a folder called "Battlefield 3" and in it a file called ".manifest". Origin tries to delete this file, and stops when it doesn't succeed) - Installing the game (reg.exe and OriginClientService.exe both crash, for the log file, see my bug report: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28921)S
What was not tested
- Playing the game. I didn't get that far.

Keep in mind that before you can install Origin you have accept an EULA that entitles the software to crawl through your wineprefix logging everything. I highly recommend both removing the "Z" link to your / in winecfg and installing BF3 in it's own prefix.
