Testing with every Windows version available in WINE.
The game bundled with QuickTime 4.1.2 (220.127.116.11), which installed fine, and successfully played the sample movie. Tested with WINE's Windows version 98/ME/2000/XP. Native winhlp32.exe tested was picked from Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3. Tested using Radeon HD 4670 graphics with fglrx driver, Intel HDA/Realtek ALC880 audio with ALSA driver, using winealsa.drv as WINE's audio output. WINE installed without GStreamer, XInput2, OSS, and OpenCL support. Andy's keyboard in the Music section responded very slow (~0.7 sec delay) under WINE's Windows version 2000 and above. This game seems to made with Macromedia Director, as the game's executable metadata stated that it was Macromedia Director Player 18.104.22.168, and there was a "Made with Macromedia" logo on game's credit screen. Improvements from WINE 1.3.27 I've seen are that font on World Geography section was now displayed correctly and uninstallation worked.
