Almost everything worked, flight, aircraft, scenery, tutorials, instant replay, runway lights, AI traffic, random objects, fullscreen mode, wireframe mode.
Joystick control and multiplayer also worked too ;)
Both alphabet and numpad control keys worked (numlock must be turned on).
Performance, graphics and sound were OK.
But aircraft preview in FlightGear Wizard was not displayed.
What does not
Aircraft preview in FlightGear Wizard (it displayed gibberish instead of aircraft).
3D Clouds (don't know if this one had something to do with my graphics card/driver or not).
On installing with WINE's Windows version 98, when the installer reached "Finishing installation" it will show an error dialog:
"Unable to execute file: C:\Program Files\FlightGear\bin\Win32\mkscenerydir.bat
CreateProcess failed; code 2. File not found."
but this didn't seem to cause any problem though.
What was not tested
Working with Atlas
Real weather fetch
Adding more scenery/aircraft
When FlightGear Wizard starts (even with virtual desktop turned on), entire screen will black out, blindly click anywhere out of wizard's window to restore. Tested with WINE's Windows version XP/98. Tested aircraft: c172p, dhc2W, dhc2F, j3cub, bo105, senecaII-jsbsim Tested airport: koak, ksfo, knrc, khaf Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 4670 with fglrx driver WINE audio settings: ALSA, 44100Hz, 16bit, Full hardware acceleration WINE installed without GStreamer, OpenCL, XInput2 and OSS support.
