Playing games, saving and loading states, reconfigure buttons, recording movies from beginning, and "from now". Also, sound works much better in this version of wine. Close to no lags, and the crackling noise is gone.
What does not
What was not tested
Sega CD, and a lot of other options. Mainly just some of the basics were tested.
So I reverted back to wine 1.2.3 and found that it worked much better than wine 1.3.32. The games runs smooth enough to play them, and the horrible crackling noise is gone. Still the avi-dump option does not seem to work. Maybe there is a workaround for this? I've been recording a GMV with no desyncs to the playback, so saving/loading/recording seem bullet proof. Just miss that darn avi-output now.
