First open version of Bluestacks App Player.
Officially support requires a computer running Windows 7.
Windows XP SP3 and Vista SP2 can be used as well but requires a previous install of .NET 2.0 SP2 and Windows Installer 4.5 (which built-in Wine should meet).
Up to 25 Android applications can be installed at same time.
This mean if you exceed, just delete some applications before install new ones.
The initial file extracts the contents of the ThinInstaller setup into the Temp folder.
What does not
The setup itself.
After the main exe file extracts the actual ThinInstaller setup files into the Temp folder the Setup claims that it cannot determine the timezone name and closes.
What was not tested
The app itself, if there's a ThinInstaller workaround to overcome this behavior it would be fairly easy to examine that as well.
We should probably learn how to handle ThinInstallers before we try installing this one ever again.
