First open version of Bluestacks App Player.
Officially support requires a computer running Windows 7.
Windows XP SP3 and Vista SP2 can be used as well but requires a previous install of .NET 2.0 SP2 and Windows Installer 4.5 (which built-in Wine should meet).
Up to 25 Android applications can be installed at same time.
This mean if you exceed, just delete some applications before install new ones.
After setting the timezone to TZ=Jerusalem before the wine command I managed to load the setup.
After several seconds (There are some choices to be made) the setup crashed with some backtrace about rundll32.
