When testing please include kernel version (specify if custom patchset), and audio backend.
Everything works fine (including VST plugins, tested with Kontakt 5)

If you experience crashes when the application starts or when selecting FXs, please change some loading preferences (in winecfg) to match the following:
A native port of Reaper 5.x for Linux is currently in the early open-beta stage.
It supports ALSA, JACK, and PulseAudio and runs on i686, x86_64, and ARMv7 (Raspberry Pi 3).

This doesn't mean that it's free! A license is still required after 60 days of trial.
