Quicken Home and Business installed as expected - once I used Winetricks and removed all current data (of course I made a backup of the .wine folder).
1. Removed current data for winecfg as Quicken failed install.
2. Set Wine to emulate Windows Vista
3. Followed the steps to install the 3 basic requirements described for Quicken 2011.
4. Ran Quicken install.
Quicken installed flawlessly and went through updates. Launched the app with the desktop icon it placed, and launched, opened my windows copy of the 2012 quicken data file without a hitch. Currently running KDE version of Ubuntu 11.10.
What does not
So far, I haven't found anything that didn't work. I just got it installed, and changed several accounts without any issues.
What was not tested
Never tested reports, but I'm assuming they'll work and print as Quicken 2011 did.
