Cannot open sample email - dialog box "out of memory or system resourses"
Tools => email accounts:
"the operating failed due to a registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the problem persists, please reinstall"
No errors in console window
Try to setup email accounts in Tools => options => mail setup => email accounts
Operation Failed.
