What does not
Videos (similar problem as for Fate/Stay Night). The disk check fails, even with the original disk in the drive (apparently happens too on some windows installation).
What was not tested
The main story. I played only the beginning and didn't encounter any problems yet.
The game absolutely needs to have the locale set in japanese. Otherwise, the install will fail to find some files and the game won't run. To solve it, check and add a japanese locale with dpkg-reconfigure locales as root (ja_JP.UTF-8 worked for me) and run wine with "LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 wine game.exe". I didn't play the main story enough to reach the point of any video, therfore I don't know if the game will crash lise FSN do and if renaming the video.xp3 will bypass the problem, but I expect it since trying to play the videos from a complete savegame fails exactly the same way as FSN.

Please note, what game may not be able to verify itself, even if you insert original media into your drive, or mount the image via any tool. The solution is ripping krdevui.dll from http://tlwiki.org/index.php?title=Fate/Hollow_Ataraxia:Release1_feedback patch and moving it to root of game folder. Please note what this is considered bypassing security, or "cracking" the game, and you should check legal status in your country about this.
