Everything I regularly try and use, including the main screen, video bitrate charts, playback in VLC, and HTML Exporting. All of this is with local transport stream files or with the HDHomeRun network-attached tuner.

USB tuner support, since I don't think WINE yet supports USB devices.
When it asks you where the VLC executable is, it tries to tack on the .exe to the end, but if you specify the location of the Linux version without the .exe, it will launch and feed the video out correctly to the Linux version of VLC. That actually surprised me, but I'm quite pleased by it.
