What works

Game installs, loads mods, can save games and process turns.

Strategic combat works, tactical combat works.

Music must be disabled in Settings.txt

What does not

Leaving Music enabled results in an error 0x80004001

Sound does not work

Warning dialogs will sometimes pop behind main windows, resulting in game becoming unplayable -- this has happened in windows sometimes, too, so it's probably bad window handling in the app itself.  This alone has me categorizing it as a bronze rather than silver.
