• "Sky and Fog" menu appears to be working now

• Nano Preview window updates properly
• Terrain Editor
• Sky Lab

What does not

• Resize and Rotate controls under Edit menu inop
• Filter controls in Deep Texture Editor; can select filters, but a/b/c orientation controls inop
• Sun Control in "Sky and Fog" menu and Sky Lab inop

Workarounds

• Resize and Rotate functions via object handles and Attributes menu
• Sun position changeable via Azimuth and Altitude dialogs in Sky Lab

Additional Comments

Would rate as Gold except for not having found a workaround for the DTE filter orientation controls. Casual users would rarely even know these controls existed, as there is plenty of use to be had with the basic Materials Lab and preset textures.
