What works

Nothing --- uninstallable.

What does not

Installation asks to install directx and vcrun2008, whether they're installed in the wine prefix or not. I tried both installing and canceling the directx. In both cases, installation failed at vcrun2008. Whether I install it or cancel it, the DCUO installer immediately crashes, generates a crash report, claims to be uploading it to Sony, but I can't find it in the location it reports.

Running the installer again brings up a repair/uninstall dialog. Choosing Repair shows that vcrun2008 isn't installed properly, but the repair operation fails. vcrun2008 is installed and working in other prefixes on the system, so the problem seems unique to DCUO.
