What works
Installation
What does not
The game does not run. Upon starting PLAGUE.EXE, a messagebox is displayed that says "Not enough memory to start game". This is actually a bug in Entomorph, triggered by the larger size of memory nowadays. A forum reports that the maximum allowed memory to run the game without running into the problem is 256 MB. In Windows there are some tricks to circumvent the error from happening (basically just allocating 97% memory before running the game), but I have not managed doing that with Wine.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Running the game on a machine with < 256 MB free memory, which might work.
