What works

Installing the game via Steam, which is installed via PlayOnLinux on a 32-bit prefix.

Playing in a full 64 player PB enabled server at 40-60 FPS with a 3770K and GTX 670 (313.30), full screen at 1080p.

Steam In-Game Overlay.

What does not

First time setup runs every time you launch the game. As other tests state, simply close the installer.

PB does not update/install properly.

Additional Comments

Installing Punkbuster Using PlayOnLinux: 1. Download PBSetup.exe and PBsvc.exe 2. [Install] 3. 'Install a non-listed program 4. Edit or update an existing application 5. Show virtual drives. 6. Select your 32-bit installation with Steam/RO2 installed. 7. Tick 'Use another version of Wine'. 8. Choose 1.5.31 (Tools > Manage Wine verisons, x86) 9. 32 "bits" windows installation 10. Browse to and run PBSetup.exe, adding and updating RO2. 11. Close, and cancel the wizard. 12. Repeat steps 1-11 for PBsvc.exe to install/verify the services. If all went well, punkbuster is now installed, running as a service and up to date.
