What works
Almost everything, except some sprites and sound effects by default.
What does not
Some sprites don't render (e.g. "Over the rainbow" level), and sound effects do not work without an override (music does work though).
Workarounds
Had to start the game with
env WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=n" wine 'Rayman Origins.exe'

Levels beyond "Over the rainbow".
