What works
Installation only works if you copy the temp folder, which contains the setup files, from a Windows machine to your local machine and then run setup.exe from there.
After installation, other applications successfully use the Isolated Shell as a library.
What does not
The extraction of the setup files fail while copying $shtdwn$.req to the temporary folder.
