Installer and Launcher (before auto-updating)
What does not
After the Auto-updates started, the patch being downloaded reaches 100%, the launcher disappears, and cmd.exe keeps respawning until "Maximum number of clients reached". I'm guessing the patcher is trying to update the launcher but fails.

No winetricks used. After the patching process botched things, I tried the Launcher with vcrun2010 and wininet as noted by other testers - didn't help.
