What works
Installing from cd, intro movie, playing the game. Sound will work if game launched from command line in game's directory, but not from wine menu in Gnome. No copy protection problems.
What does not
CD audio in game. The text on the main menu buttons doesn't draw properly. Also, menu screens have very poor colors, like a hi-color image rendered in a 256 color mode. Makes starting the game and creating a character difficult. One you figure out how to start a game though, the rest of the game appears to be fine.

Ran in an out of the box Wine installation, with no custom DLL's and no registry tweeks. Did NOT install DirectX 6 when asked. If the main menu issues were fixed, you might have a gold or platinum game here.
