Installation, login, live-chat and most things. Had to install a few extra libraries using Winetricks and run it in 32-bit mode.
What does not
Does not detect idle states unless the application is in the foreground. I was not able to take control of the remote user's computer.
What was not tested
Used Winetricks to install "IE8", "gdiplus", and "vcrun2008". (There may have been others, but I think that's it.) I had to run Wine in 32-bit mode. To get installing through Winetricks, I downloaded it and ran my commands like this: $ WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32/ winetricks gdiplus ie8 vcrun2008 And to open it I use this: $ WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32/ wine 'C:\Program Files\Kayako\Desktop\KayakoDesktop.exe' Hence, I installed and am running it in a Wineprefix director ~/.wine32/
