Fixes to the pervious version:

- When a user is offline, it properly shows that in PM tabs.
- Clicking a link no longer scrolls you to the top.
- Reports work again.
- You no longer crash when disconnecting.
- /roll and /bottle now work.
- When a user disconnects, this will now show "User has left the channel" messages where appropriate. This can be disabled in the settings.
- The /code command properly works again.
- Broadcast messages are now properly received.

What works

Most of the basic functions, creating a room, closing a room, joining, PMing, etc.
However Ignore does have a slight problem I think. See below.

What does not

The ignore function may not work as intended, as it ignores, butdoesn't UN-ignore via the same button, however this can be rememidied manually by removing the player fom your ignore list.

Calling staff, however that is ASSUMED, to work. This does not mean that it will work.

Additional Comments

This was done on a 64-bit OS, may work better with a 32-bit OS. Also this was done on wine 1.4 Stable MIGHT crash once in a while for some unknown reason.
