What works

Installer works smoothly. Game sound works perfectly. The game intro works fine and setting up the game for single player, with multiple computer opponents, worked. The ingame functions worked properly and it is possible to complete the game.

What does not

Selecting the tutorial videos from the navigation menu doesn't play the video sequences. The area reserved for video is just blank, regardless of the selected video item. So no QuickTime player video at all.

Workarounds

What was not tested

Additional Comments

I used the instructions made by this guy - http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=3130&iTestingId=25688 How to run. 1. Install cdemu server and cdemu client. I have ubuntu 12.04 so I did this in console: $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:cdemu/ppa $ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cdemu-client cdemu-daemon 2. check if cdemu-daemon runs: $ ps ax | grep cdemud or launch it $ cdemud --ctl-device=/dev/vhba_ctl --bus=session --num-devices=2 --audio-driver=pulse --logfile=/home/some/.cdemu-daemon.log 3.Mount your image: $ sudo cdemu load 0 /path/to/your/CashFlow.iso 4.Install application via wine and setup.exe 5.Launch CashFlow via shortcut at your desktop or via console - wine /path/to/CashFlow/installation/folder/CASHFLOW\ 202.exe 6.If you have screen problems - some black borders or mouse pointer does not affect active zones. Do these steps^ $ winecfg open Graphics->check Emulate a virtual desktop-> desktop size:1024X768 1024X768 - I think it is native CASHFLOW202 resolution and it runs good at it. Or you can use this script to launch CASHFLOW202(change xrandr options if you have somethins else but laptop): #!/bin/bash xrandr --output LVDS1 --set "scaling mode" "Full" xrandr -s 1 env WINEPREFIX="/home/some/.wine" wine D:\\PROG\~FBU\\CASH\~AUB\\CASHFLOW\ 202.exe xrandr -s 0 I have rather weak laptop - acer aspire 5315. So to run opera browser(radio streaming music) and wine CASHFLOW202 I have to switch to unity2d because of the game lags. If there is no opera CASHFLOW202 works perfectly in unity3d. Opera is greedy stuff but I get used to it. My cdemu version is 1.5.0-1ubuntu0~precise1~ppa2 p.s. after upgrade to wine version 1.5.6-0ubuntu1~pulse17, game starts via my shortcut and runs flawlessly.
