Most of the game's content was not tested beyond character creation and the tutorial quests. I do not see any reason why they would not work though.

Additional Comments
I gave The Secret World a Silver rating because of the inaccurate shadow rendering. It's a pretty big deal in a game as atmospheric as this one. Otherwise the game installs with no need for winetricks or installing any extra packages beyond what the downloaded installer provides. The game runs excellent on my computer using the nVidia binary driver, but all computers vary. Game play is identical to playing native on Windows. I've seen no framerate problems that aren't also present natively. Controls seem tight and accurate, as well as combat. Before launching the game for the first time you should go into 'Options' on the launcher and set 'Client' to 'DirectX 9'. This was mentioned in a previous comment, thanks for the heads up. You may also set any other settings as you see fit, such as resolution and screen preferences. You also may want to use a 64bit wine prefix as it enables more graphics options. I haven't noticed and negative effects of doing so.
