Everything, including OBSE (see below). I spend several days in game, finished it, finished mage guild and dark brotherhood quests, also some minor quests. Also I installed several mods.
What does not
ALT+Tab. The game loose focus, but not hide.
What was not tested
I place the game itself a platinum rating, while Steam itself and OBSE will have gold. This is because you don't need to do anything for vanilla Oblivion. For Steam, you need some dll override (see Steam page). Also, you need some settings for OBSE. In order to OBSE to work, you need a Steam overlay. But the overlay crashes the game. So you need to: 1. Install OBSE as usual. 2. Turn ON the Steam overlay in Steam settings. 3. Turn OFF the Steam overlay in the Oblivion game settings. After that, OBSE will work. Animation-heavy mods will result in a significant FPS drop though. Also, right after starting the game, the game will loose focus and hangs. But fear not, it is because of the "steamwebhelper.exe" crash. Just press space or enter, or use alt+tab to get the game working back.

This was necessary for me to run Oblivion on Ubuntu 18.04. You may not have to do this in your distro. Solus for example did not require this,
The game has an issue with winegstreamer, and will crash if it is
When playing this game on Ubuntu, I had to install DirectX manually. This may not be necessary depending on your distro, but I needed it for Ubuntu 18.04 when installing 3.0 stable from the software center.
