Pretty much everything, except for two things which however aren't necessary to play this game.
* Playing offline with bots
* Playing any mode online
* Tutorial mode
* High resolution (1360x768 in my case, due to my TV) with highest possible settings
* Ingame chat
As some other people around the web may have mentioned already, the game feels as if Valve were programming it specially for GNU/Linux.
Start up times are insane fast and also, aside from little slowdowns while running GO for the first time (which were most likely due to optimizing settings or so), it runs just fine.
Here some additional specs about my computer:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+
nVidia GeForce 8600
Also I'm running a clean prefix, just for HL2 based games, without any changes.
Installed using the current winetricks.sh
What does not
* m_rawinput 1
It will your mouse's axis stop working ingame, so open up a console and type in: m_rawinput 0
This way, you'll get around this bug
* Steam Community
Didn't showed up while running CS:GO.
Then again, it's said to disable this feature anyway while playing HL2 games, so I don't really care.
What was not tested
Also tried to play the game using my PS3's Dualshock3 controller. Mapping action buttons works just fine. Since however I didn't got to find a way getting the sticks or D-Pad working (which may be a similiar bug like with above mentioned m_rawinput), I couldn't decide where to put this.

The console version of the lshw utility is your friend. This command will dump your System hardware specification in a clean format. Post command and output in the Extra Comments section:
sudo lshw -short | egrep -v '(volume|disk|bus)'
The glxinfo utility can be used to display your OpenGL and graphics driver versions. Post the command and output in the Extra Comments section:
You can't start the game with certain Ati/AMD cards; At least some 6xxx series and 7870 is affected and reported against Fedora distribution (See https://bugs.winehq.org/show_b...).
It's known issue.
You need to change your vendor and device of your card (and set memory size too to avoid other crashes)
Here is a guide: http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulR...
Some users said to be using these values to get it work in Registry:
"I used the value of "0x10de" for the VendorID and "0x0402" for the DeviceID."
Disable steam overlay from steam settings.
