What works
The installer works fine. The launcher appears to mostly work correctly, other than the display of what item is currently selected off a list.
What does not
The launcher fails to handle the selection lists correctly. However, more importantly, the game crashes shortly after the splash screen appears.
Searching the file with strings reveals it uses the Gamebryo gaming engine:
