What does not
The installer will not progress after copying temporary files. On the screen that has a status bar for the installation, the bar does not fill up at all. 15+ minutes were given to see if there was any update to the installing status or if the installer moved to the next installation screen and that did not happen. The installer does not seem "freeze" as you can still click on the "cancel" button which will then cancel the installation.
