Installation runs smoothly.

Initial login works.

Download and update of Launcher screen runs successfully.

What does not

Launcher screen crashes during full game update process.  A pop-up message appears with the statement "A problem has occurred - Do you wish to report this error to KingsIsle?" "Yes" and "No" buttons are presented below the message. Clicking "Yes" will not successfully send the error notice to KingsIsle.

Additional Comments

This is a first release of the game so there isn't much surprise that there are problems. However, since the Launcher system works the same as KingsIsle's other offering Wizard101, I at least expected it to start the game.
