vcrun2005 must be installed before the game will launch. After that, setting strictdrawordering=enabled is required to view the game's graphics. Also, the game flickers badly in fullscreen. However, it is playable at lower windowed resolutions, like 1024x768. Tested with GTX 560 Ti and 310.19 driver. Game build 230.
