- background music, if no working MIDI server is running (not installed by default on most operating systems)
Workarounds
- For playing the background midi-files I needed to run a timidity
server with "timidity -iA -Os -B2,8 &" beforehand. I used
the fluid-soundfont-gm. There are many tutorials online on how to do
that. Other MIDI servers and soundfonts will probably work just as well, but I didn't test them
