Don't Starve

What works

Everything.

 I was able to:

• Install
• Start a new game
• Load a previously saved game
• Save a game
• Change settings

I tried the vanilla game and both the DLC, Reign of Giants and Shipwrecked. 

 

What does not

Nothing, apparently.

What was not tested

Prolonged game was not tested. I played only for what was needed to test out game was working fine.

Additional Comments

Fullscreen can't be set if you are using Windows XP as Windows version in the wine configuration panel. Change it to something else to solve the problem (I have set it to windows 10). Please note that this is not a wine bug but a Don't Starve bug. People pointing out the problem can be found on the official Steam forum. Also, you need to update wine to 1.9.0 or above, since in previous versions the game was completely broken and couldn't even start.
