Some of inputs are messed up("Search for shapes" in "Shapes" panel, "Background", "Measurement units" in "Page setup" window and many others(they should be list boxes))
Renaming pages is not properly functional(when double clicking on a page, or selecting "rename", edit control shows but is not active and is empty(instead of showing current page name, as should be). It may be not selectable in some cases, do you'll have to try this multiple times)
Some minor visual issues with UI (shadows inverted in "Shapes" panel, missing icon in menu bar)

Overall it is usable, but some of the functionality is broken due to UI issues(list boxes, renaming pages) so may not be enough for most users. I installed some additional components(using winetricks). Some of them may not be required: msxml3 cabinet comctl32 gdiplus ie6 mfc40 mfc42 vcrun6 windowscodecs Installed into win32 prefix with "Windows XP" windows version set

Set gdiplus to native in winecfg. (There is no need to install it with winetricks, as Visio installs its own version)
Install Riched20 dll to fix dialog displaying issues :
