A few steps are required before launching MS Money's "setup.exe", but then the setup runs perfectly and the installation succeeds as expected. For experienced Wine uses, here is a summary of the steps: 1) Do a "export WINEARCH=win32" to make sure Wine runs in 32-bit mode. 2) Use "winetricks" to install these 3 packages: - "ie6" - "msmxl3" - "corefonts" 3) When Money runs for the first time it will ask, “do you have an Internet connection?” Answer “no” to avoid online content that will be useless and outdated anyway.
