Additional Comments

Tested MS Money 2005 International Edition. In contrast to the US Edition, the International Edition only seems to work correctly with IE6. More current versions of IE appear to have issues as described below. Application installs fine with default wine setup but hangs on startup splash screen when using in-built Gecko browser. Had to install IE6 using winetricks ("winetricks ie6") before the application would work correctly. Tried IE8 (installed via winetricks) but it had issues re-rendering screens when moving between sections, resulting in blank sections, possibly due to problems with UTF-7 support or caching of content (it seems UTF-7 encoding is used in parts by the International Edition of MS Money 2005). Similarly, IE7 works (installed via winetricks) but only up to point. IE7 had fewer issues than IE8 but was unable to correctly render the Portfolio Manager on the Investing page, resulting in all information being drawn in an undersized frame (effectively making it unusable if you plan on tracking investments).
