Part of Office 2003.
Installation works without a problem. The splash screen and the window open up when running it through Wine.
What does not
Everything after you click to open it. After the splash screen and the Excel window shows up, it errors out saying something along the lines of it encountering a problem and prompts you to send an error report and/or close it. There is a check box to restart the program when you close it and it is checked by default. Upon restarting, it asks if you want to start in safe mode. Same thing happens. If you restart it again it asks if you want to run a detect and fix. If you give it the ok, nothing happens.
What was not tested
Basically everything due to not being able to get the program completely booted up.
This is just to update the application database with the latest version of Wine. If there are ways to get around this issue, I don't have the knowledge to do so.

Follow the instructions in the Microsoft Office (installer only) entry for installing. After installing:
It is not necessary to install either of these dlls, as OÂffice installs its own version. Do not set these overrides globally unless Office is installed in a separate wineprefix.
