Because of the current SS2Tool 4.6 contains only the official v2.3 patch, you have to download it manualy. After running SS2Tool, copy the patch content to the game folder.
It fixes a lot of bugs, freezes and enables the use of widescreen resolutions from the game menu.

Game installation: Like in Windows, do not use the original installer. Just simply copy the "SHOCK" folder to your pc from the CD. If u have .BIN version of the game, you can use ccd2iso program to get an iso from it which can easly be mounted with cdemu. After install, run SS2Tool (allow the installation of visualc++ and openal) than apply the 2.4 patch. If everything works, you can add the mods like SSHTUP and secmod simply by copying the compressed files contetn to the game folder.
