What works

Once Wine 2.0-rc4 was set to mimic Windows 7, Hero Lab V8.0a - #659 runs successfully.

What does not

The pdf portfolio save has problems with either font sizes or wrapping.  Several pieces of content get truncated.

Print does not work, since can not find default printer.

Workarounds

What was not tested

Anything other than the Shadowrun (5th) data set with several extension books.

Additional Comments

With this version of the Hero Lab app, need to configure wine to use something more recent than Windows XP. I tested with mimic set to Windows 7. Previous versions of the app worked with the default Windows XP setting. Regularly get "not responding" messages. Waiting (or clicking Wait) continues fine. Don't know if that is because the app is generally slow in Wine, or if my processing power is borderline to run the app. Its an old laptop: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T5250 @ 1.50GHz with 4GB Memory
