What works

  • Desktop icon is created (an .lnk file is created as well)
  • Opening images
  • Organizer can be opened and browsing the library is also possible, Refreshing also works
  • "File - File info" also opens up okay.
  • "Intelligent correction", "Color balancing" from the right side of the menu
  • Saving images

What does not

  • Installation hangs when installing "common shared technologies" - I had to kill the process
  • Organizer crashes when using "Places", "Events" etc. (Bug has been reported)
  • Importing photos from a scanner (connected via USB) results in a crash

Just gave it a brief look, couldn't test everything but it definetely looks promising.
