What works

Browsing, opening, saving seem to work fine consistently.

What does not

Editing images only works sporadically. Sometimes edits simply will not change the image. For example, resampling the image (or resizing), changing contrast, or really any edit at all. I've not found any rhyme or reason to why it works sometimes and not others.

Workarounds

What was not tested

Additional Comments

This is an old version of Paint Shop Pro (4.12), but one I have used for years. It works for viewing flawlessly, but editing more often than not simply doesn't work. But sometimes it does, and that makes it difficult to use since I can edit a few pics and then it just stops. The edit tools will open, but no changes will take. It isn't a permissions issue since it will at least work sometimes.
