Fallout 2

What works

• Fallout 2 version 1.02 (GOG-18), filename setup_fallout2_2.1.0.18.exe, MD5 b20e9a133c23bf308b8460272fd32d2b
• After installation, edit ddraw.ini. In the [Graphics] section, set Mode=4.
• Run f2_res_Config.exe to enable high-resolution graphics.
• Use Fallout2Launcher.exe.

The game is kind of slow and jerky during movies, but is completely playable.

What does not

• During installation, four message boxes pop up:
• "Runtime Error (at 69:445):\n\n:" (\n -> actual newline)
• "Runtime Error (at 201:800):\n\nInvalid Opcode."
• "Runtime Error (at 201:807):\n\nOut of Global Vars range."
• "Out of Global Vars range."
• When the message boxes pop up, the following errors appear in the logs:
