What works
Game totally works!!! And so fast on my GeForce GT 9500, 1 GB RAM, and Athlon 4000+
Just need to install d3dx9_36 via winetricks on clean wineprefix (win7 set). Does not require dotnet
What does not
Premium cards effect works sometimes
Launcher.exe does not work. Requires dotnet. Did not test with 4.5, but under other versions does not work at all.

I just moved installed game files from Windows to ~/.wine and launched it. The game is unavailable in steam for my region and could not installed via native launcher. Will work on this issue. Maybe it makes sense to do it after new release of this game which is coming soon!
