steam installer will try to install ut3 engine redist, which will hang, just wait and kill it after like 1 minute. You must then start it manually. Game will not start unless you install d3dx9 and xact (I recommend winetricks). Finally, I had to place XAPOFX1_5.dll into the directory including the ACM.exe, in order to start the game. my Hardware: phenom II x4 3.2GHz; nvidia 560 GTX TI 2GiB; 8GiB RAM performance: ~40 fps
