Single player campaign and the official DLCs, multiplayer chatrooms, different video and audio settings. All of these work flawlessly.
What does not
The pre-game launcher that's only there to promote signing up for newsletters and technical support will not start without .NET framework 3.5 or above. The game will launch regardless.
There may be no sound in the game unless you had set openal32 to "native" through winecfg.
What was not tested
Intentionally, I didn't go past the Multiplayer menu that had people in it and allowed chatting. But it's safe to say that actual multiplayer games would work because there are no issues with the game engine or network connectivity.
